I don't want some stupid outdated journal up on my front page... so... I'm updating it? I dunno, that's really the only reason I'm writing this. Let's see... news on the art front? Well, my dad's girlfriend got me the most beautiful leatherbound sketchbook ever for... Christmas, heheh... and some premium colored pencils. I have changed a lot in my style recently, I suppose. It's different than before, anyhow. I still need to completely find my style, though. And I need to improve my anatomy and coloring and backgrounds and clothes and shading... yeeeeaahh... I need to upload some pics from my sketchbook and from art class, which is ending for this trimester. :'( I have computer now, blech. I'd much rather stay in art with our amazing art teacher, Mr. Peeno. He's putting some of my stuff in the school art show, and he's going to try to get Ruckus Roboticus to come. I also have a bunch of new characters. Two new storylines, both nameless: one is about a group of teen superheroes who live in a home for "troubled" children and are led by the directors of the home. All the characters are based off of Beatles songs. The other one is, I just realized, a lot like Harry Potter, maybe too much like it, but... it's about these kids (teens, whatever) who go to a school for conjurers. One of them, Soy, sucks at conjuring ANYTHING so he drops out. And there's a lot of fun characters and it doesn't really have a plot yet. So, I'm going to go upload some art. See ya!
